Unlike traditional marketplaces, TikTok operates under a structured shipping framework that requires all TikTok-originated orders to be fulfilled using TikTok Shipping. How the integration works
ShipWise brings TikTok Shop into your broader order ecosystem, allowing you to manage TikTok Shop alongside your other sales channels within a single fulfillment framework. Whether you are routing TikTok orders through a third-party OMS or consolidating order management directly within ShipWise, the integration supports a centralized operational model. TikTok Shipping is exclusive to TikTok Shop orders, so those shipments are processed within TikTok’s carrier framework. Rather than functioning as a traditional carrier integration, this setup treats TikTok as a distinct order source with its own shipping structure built in.
TikTok automatically selects the appropriate carrier service based on:
- Buyer-selected shipping speed
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Dispatch SLA requirements
This eliminates manual carrier selection and ensures service commitments align with TikTok’s fulfillment policies.
Fulfillment requirements for TikTok orders:
- TikTok Shop Orders must ship using TikTok Shipping
- TikTok Order ID required
- TikTok Item ID required (unless disabled in settings)
- Orders must be marked as TikTok
- Package weight must be provided
- Package dimensions must be provided
- Orders must be marked “RTS” (Ready to Ship) within dispatch SLA
For supported integrations such as Shopify, SellerCloud, SellerActive, and Rithum, required TikTok identifiers and order markings are handled automatically.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account for TikTok orders?
No. TikTok requires all TikTok Shop orders to ship using TikTok Shipping.
Can I use TikTok Shipping to ship orders from other channels?
