Is there a minimum commitment?
No required annual contract. Month-to-month service agreements are standard. Annual contracts are available if you want guaranteed pricing locked in.
Is implementation included in pricing?
Yes. Implementation and consultation are part of every ShipWise engagement. Vendor-led setup, data migration, ERP and WMS integration, testing, and go-live support are all in scope.
