Know that you're getting the best shipping rates
Get a parcel-level rate analysis that compares your shipment data against our network of negotiated rates to see exactly how much you could save.

Shipping rates are at an all-time high
Carriers update rate structures frequently. If you're not comparing your rates to a benchmark, you could be missing out.

What the analysis covers
The analysis reports total savings in dollars, savings as a percentage, and a service-group breakdown showing where the biggest opportunities live.
We also flag service groups where your current rates are already strong.
How the analysis works
Four steps from your shipment data to your savings number.
1. Gather shipment data
We’ll use a small sample of your shipment data to identify package measurements, services used, and cost.

2. We map your services to our carrier network
We’ll find comparable services within our network that meet your requirements.

3. We run calls against our network of rates
For each sampled shipment, we’ll rate call each of our services to determine if any are priced lower than the original.

4. We show you the net difference
We’ll add up the difference, and extrapolate the total savings to your monthly volume.

What if your rates are already better?
Some shippers already have good negotiated rates. If that's the case, comparing against a benchmark will provide validation and peace of mind.
When that's the report we deliver, we tell you straight, hand over the dataset, and don't pitch you.
The benchmark is yours to keep.

Most ShipWise clients started here. The analysis is parcel-level, so it tells you which specific service groups, lanes, and weight bands your current rates win on and which ones leave money on the table. A surprising number of clients find that one or two service groups are already strong while others have meaningful room. The point is to know.
Turn around time depends on the sample size and which carriers are included in the analysis. You will typically have a written summary you can share with stakeholders within a week or two of submitting your data.
No. The rate analysis is part of what ShipWise provides as a client. You walk away with a detailed dataset whether or not you change anything in your account afterward.
