Is there a way to find orders without the order ID in shipwise?

I’m trying to locate an order but unfortunately don’t have the order ID, i just a customer name and an approximate order timeframe. The regular order ID search obviously won’t work, and I can’t find anything via the limited options I see. Is there a way in shipwise to search by customer, batch, address, or shipment details instead of just order ID? I’m wondering if I’m missing a feature or if there’s an advanced search method others use in this situation.
