How can I change an order’s status from “Ready” to “Cancelled”?

One of our team members marked an order as “Ready” when it actually needs to be cancelled. Is there a way to move an order back to “Cancelled” or update the status after it’s been processed? We want to make sure we don’t ship it by mistake but can’t see a status revert option.
