“UPS shipper number cannot be used for this shipment” error keeps blocking my orders. What should I do?

Whenever I try to create a UPS label in ShipWise, I get an error: “UPS shipper number cannot be used for this shipment.” I’ve double-checked the account number and tried various shipping services, but no luck. Is this a permissions issue with UPS, is something wrong in my ShipWise carrier setup, or could it be a recent change on the UPS side? If anyone has run into this problem before and found a solution, I’d really appreciate your insight. Thanks!
