This update brings targeted enhancements to help our users ship more efficiently, track smarter, and gain better visibility into shipping operations. Here's a breakdown of what's included in this release:
Highlights:
- Branded Tracking Pages are now available as a premium feature. Deliver a branded post-purchase experience and drive loyalty. View a short demo under “Branded Tracking” within the Settings navigation in-app or reach out to an Account Manager to get started.

- Advanced Markups are now visible at rating. Shippers can now see both the actual carrier rate and the markup they’ve added when rating a shipment. This visibility helps users clearly understand their profit margin on each order before shipping.

- BOL (Bill of Lading) now supports multiple Purchase Order (PO) detail entries per document, improving documentation flexibility for complex or bundled orders.


Carrier Updates:
- FedEx: Improved Signature and Letterhead upload experience in ETD modal.
- UniUni: Now supports Proof of Delivery (POD) image retrieval.
- UPS:
- Fuel surcharge for UPS Mail Innovations supports up to 4 decimal places.
- Returns automation and print return labels supported for U49: UPS Standard® CA.
- Wizmo: Added support for:
- WZ97: Wizmo Asendia Canada Intra DDP
- WZ98: Wizmo Asendia Canada Intra DDP EXP
- APC, ePost Global, OnTrac, and Veho: Various enhancements to tracking and end-of-day file formats.
Platform & API Improvements:
- Validates state/province fields based on destination country when editing the address in the ShipWise Portal Shipping Modal. Prevents address issues that cause carrier rejections or delays.
- Order Grid UI Fix: Records for all orders can now be viewed on the Orders page following the creation of a manual order, ensuring full order visibility for all users after new orders are added.
- An issue with the Packing Automations tool caused by items with 0 Shippable Qty has been resolved.
- Order query calls are now asynchronous, meaning data loads in the background, giving users faster page loads and a smoother experience when working with large order volumes.
- GET /api/v1/Ship/{id} now returns packing elapsed time fields, giving ops teams better insight into packing durations for analytics or SLA tracking.
