LTL Expansion, Smarter Search, and WebApp Enhancements

This month’s ShipWise update delivers meaningful improvements across carriers, portal usability, and day-to-day shipping workflows. Each update is designed to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and give shipping teams more control as volume and complexity scale. Highlights

• Initial release of the ArcBest carrier component to support rating, pickup requests, and BOL generation for less than truckload (LTL) freight shipments.
• Several key enhancements have been added to the ShipWise Portal Products Page.
• Numerous additional search capabilities have been added to the ShipWise Portal’s settings pages.

Carriers

• International DHL API packages can now be voided internally.  
• Numerous USPS API rating and shipping improvements for flat rate and BPM services.  

Fixes & Features

• Update batches grid to detect expired batch label URL and replace with a new signed URL valid for seven days.
