TikTok Integration & Workflow Enhancements

What's new
ShipWise v10.4.0.3 delivers new integration and workflow enhancements to help high-volume shippers operate more efficiently. This release introduces initial support for TikTok Shipping and TikTok Shop, improves FedEx REST API onboarding, and expands automation and API flexibility across the platform.
Below is a breakdown of what’s new.
Highlights:
TikTok Shipping (Carrier) & TikTok Shop (Marketplace) – Initial Release: ShipWise now supports TikTok Shipping and TikTok Shop to help sellers stay compliant with TikTok’s evolving shipping requirements. TikTok orders must follow specific fulfillment rules, including carrier usage, order identification, and required shipment data fields (such as TikTok Order ID and Item ID) .
With this release:
- TikTok orders can be properly identified and processed within ShipWise
- Required shipping data fields are supported
- Orders are handled in accordance with TikTok’s fulfillment structure
- Supported integrations automatically pass required TikTok order data

Carrier Updates:
- FedEx REST API Onboarding Improvements: We’ve enhanced the FedEx REST API onboarding experience to streamline setup and reduce configuration friction. This is especially beneficial for enterprise teams managing multiple carrier accounts or onboarding new fulfillment locations.
Fixes & Features:
- Automatic Batch Assignment (New Global Setting): A new global setting allows users to be automatically assigned to batches they import.
- Improved Customs Item Handling: We’ve improved how customs items are handled within the shipping modal.
- API Enhancement - Expanded Query Filtering: The POST /api/v1/Ship/Query endpoint now includes two additional search criteria fields:
- department
- shippingProfileId
These new parameters provide more granular filtering capabilities for developers building custom workflows, reporting tools, or advanced shipping logic.
