Why aren’t my eBay team access orders importing into ShipWise?
We recently set up “team access” in eBay and connected our account to ShipWise, but for some reason, new orders aren’t importing into ShipWise at all. This is holding up our fulfillment flow. We’ve already checked the integration at a basic level, but aren’t sure if it’s a permissions issue or a token problem or something else unique to “team access” (versus owner/main-account access). Has anyone figured out the most common reasons team access orders fail to sync, or specific settings to check in either platform? Any troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated!
