Why do I get “orders not importing” from my amazon seller central integration?

My amazon seller central integration was working fine, but recently, new orders have stopped appearing in ShipWise. We haven’t changed any amazon credentials, but now some orders or even entire days are missing from the import. What could cause this? Are there settings in amazon or shipwise that need to be refreshed or permissions I should check?
