What's new
ShipWise v10.4.0.4 brings meaningful improvements across WebApp reporting, carrier enhancements for FedEx and SpeedX, and new settings to speed up onboarding and configurations of integrations . These updates are designed to help shippers save time, reduce manual work, and gain better control over their shipping operations.

Highlights
Save Field Preferences for Portal Report Exports
Users can now save field preferences when exporting reports from the ShipWise WebApp. This eliminates repetitive setup, allowing you to quickly generate consistent reports and save time on recurring tasks.
Improved Report File Naming for DSOM and VSB Downloads
Downloaded reports now automatically use the report name as the file name, making it easier to organize and locate reports without needing to rename files manually.
New “Require Dimensions for Rate” Setting
A new global setting allows you to require dimensions before rating shipments. This helps ensure more accurate rate calculations and reduces the risk of billing discrepancies from missing dimensional data.

FedEx Extra Small Box Packaging Support
Added support for a new “extra small box” packaging type for FedEx (supported for REST API only).
SpeedX Carrier Compliance Enhancements
Expands compliance and functionality for:
- New packaging types (tube, polybag)
- Support for special services (signature required, lithium battery shipments)
- Ability to pass pickup account numbers in rate and shipment requests
Fixes & Features
Marketplace Inbound Mapping Instructions
An instructions button/window has been added to the inbound mapping page, helping users quickly understand setup requirements, reducing errors and speeding up onboarding.
Support for Non-Subscribed Tags in Order API
Users can now pass non-subscribed tags in the POST /api/v1/Order/Create request.
