Highlights

Channel Health Dashboard: The new Channel Health tab, found below the ‘Reports’ tab, shows the state of the automated order pull for each integration: Running, Idle, or Error, with a failure reason when there is one, the sync interval, the latest run start, last modified, last successful run, and the number of consecutive failed connection attempts.

Why this matters: This visibility provides a fast read on one-off credential issues or full integration outages. Updates cover the order and product pull (GET) only. Writeback runs as a separate process and is not reflected here.

Profile Advanced Markups and Accessorial Charges: Advanced markups have moved out of the profile settings modal and onto their own Markups page. Rules can now apply to accessorial charges as a markup or a discount, not just to the rate.

Why this matters: One markup group can now be attached to multiple profiles, so a pricing change is a single edit instead of the same edit repeated profile by profile. Accessorial charge sets are reusable across rules, which keeps surcharge, duty, and tax handling consistent.

Product + Integration Updates

  • Shopify Rates at Checkout Improvements:  Several fixes to how rates are returned to Shopify at checkout, which means fewer shoppers hitting a checkout with no shipping option.
  • ShipWise Carrier Tracking Webhooks: ShipWise can now push tracking events to your endpoint instead of waiting for your system to ask for them. Payloads include the packageId and are signed with a SHA256 hash so your system can verify the request came from ShipWise. Tracking webhooks are enabled per client ID. Contact an Account Manager to turn them on.
  • Pass Shipment Charges on the Freight Ship Endpoint: An optional RateValue field has been added to /api/v1/Freight/Ship so API users can pass shipment charges to be saved to the VSB and shipment data. Which means the charge is stored with the shipment at ship time rather than being added back later.
  • API Error Handling Response: Requests that exceed your API quota now return HTTP 429 Too Many Requests instead of 403 Forbidden, so your integration can tell a rate limit apart from an authentication or permission problem and retry accordingly.

Carrier Enhancements

  • Carrier Tracking API Updates Across APC, DoorDash, OnTrac, and UniUni: Tracking integrations were updated for four carriers, including automated tracking updates, new tracking codes, event timestamps, and proof of delivery updates.
  • UPS, EU de minimis: International shipments now pass consignee type (business, consumer, or n/a) so duties and tax are assessed on the correct B2B or B2C basis.
  • USPS API and USPS Pitney Bowes, autoclose: A new carrier account setting lets you bypass end of day close requirements and autoclose packages instead, so a high-volume shift does not have to stop for a manual close.

Additional Fixes + Features

  • LTL rate shopping and multi-pallet quote handling improvements
  • Packing automation now combines multiple line items with the same SKU when determining packing based on item quantity
  • Dashboard monthly reports now account for time zone differences by location
