Intro: ShipWise v10.4.0.6 introduces a new carrier integration with ShipX, order grid filtering improvements, and targeted carrier updates for FedEx CrossBorder, OnTrac, and UPS. This release is focused on expanding carrier reach and giving operations teams more control over how they view and manage shipments. Below is a breakdown of what's new.

Highlights

New Channel Update Status Filter on Orders Grid: A new "Channel Update Status" filter section has been added to the Orders grid, positioned between the Order Status and Date Range filters. Quickly identify orders where package item write back to the order channel failed. This cuts down time spent manually tracking down sync issues across large order volumes and surfaces problem orders faster so your team can take action.

New Custom Script Behavior Button and Pop-up Modal with Description: A new button opens a pop-up modal that describes exactly what each custom script does, so your team can understand script behavior without digging through documentation.

Added Ability to Edit Tag Color and Icon: You can now edit a tag's color and icon directly, giving your team a faster way to scan orders and spot the ones that need attention.

Carrier Updates

  • ShipX - New Carrier Integration: ShipWise now integrates with ShipX, expanding your carrier options directly within the platform. Access ShipX rates, labels, and services, giving shippers more flexibility in carrier selection and routing
  • FedEx CrossBorder & OnTrac — Origin Hub Updates: Origin hub data has been added and updated for both FedEx CrossBorder and OnTrac. Keeping hub data current ensures accurate routing and reduces the risk of transit delays tied to outdated location configs.
  • USPS API — Military Address Bypass Setting: A new pickup account level setting allows users to skip the service standards (time-in-transit) request when shipping to military addresses. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) often fall outside standard transit time lookups, causing errors or delays.  This setting lets you ship smoothly without the unnecessary API call holding things up.

Fixes & Features

  • Override Return Service Group & Global-e Hub Codes: Admin users can now set override return service group and Global-e hub codes directly on profiles in the ShipWise WebApp. Streamlines setup for operations using Global-e for cross-border fulfillment, reducing back-and-forth with support for profile-level config changes.

ShipWise is committed to delivering intelligent shipping solutions that simplify complex logistics for 3PLs and high-volume e-commerce shippers. With each update, we help you ship smarter, faster, and more profitably.
