UX improvement
This update delivers meaningful improvements across rating logic, carrier visibility, and fulfillment workflows, helping users make smarter decisions, reduce complexity, and process high volumes of shipments more efficiently.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s included in this release:
Highlights:
- New carrier support for both DoorDash and Jitsu is now fully integrated and available for rating, label creation, tracking, and voiding. These additions expand local delivery and specialty service options for ShipWise users, particularly those supporting rapid fulfillment models.
- ShipWise users can now set up rate shopping logic to prioritize shipping methods based on their marked-up cost, not just the raw carrier rate. This helps teams better align carrier selection with internal margin strategies and is especially beneficial for non-reseller profiles or accounts using advanced pricing models.
