From new export tools to improved branded tracking experiences, ShipWise continues to deliver enhancements that streamline fulfillment and strengthen your shipping workflow.
Highlights
Export Carrier Rates Before Shipping: You can now export carrier rates directly from the Orders and Batches pages in the ShipWise WebApp.
Branded Tracking URLs for Marketplaces: Marketplace integrations now support submission of Branded Tracking URLs in addition to standard carrier tracking URLs.
Short Shipping with Preallocated Packages: ShipWise now supports short shipping orders that include preassigned package details, offering more control in complex fulfillment scenarios.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Login Experience: ShipWise now supports SSO, delivering faster, more secure, and consistent access across the platform. The new workflow simplifies account management, enhances authentication security, and supports scalable team access.
Carrier Updates
- APC: Added support for dimensions, ship date, and consignee postal code in rate calculations.
- FedEx: F52: International Connect Plus® now supports Canadian origins.
- DHL Express: The international forms settings page now supports up to 500 characters in the “remarks” field, providing more flexibility for customs documentation.
- Pitney Bowes: Added support for Adult Signature with Restricted Delivery
- UniUni: Enhancement to return zone and estimated time in transit
Platform Features and Improvements
- Improved Address Update Handling: Fixed an error that occurred when updating addresses on orders missing inbound ship method mappings, ensuring smoother order management.
- Dangerous Goods Import Support: Users can now import hazardous materials data directly from the Products page, simplifying compliance workflows.
- Prevent Batching Zero-Weight Orders: Added logic to stop batching for orders with zero-weight shipments, reducing accidental label errors.
API and Integration Improvements
- API Void/Unvoid Enhancements: Improved error messaging when voiding or unvoiding packages that have already been processed, making API responses clearer for developers.
