At ShipWise, we’re always improving to help you ship smarter, faster, and more accurately. The latest release [v10.3.1.1] introduces enhancements designed to simplify high-volume shipping processes and improve data control across your shipping operations. Here's what’s new and how it benefits you:

Highlights

  • Editable CSV Import Templates: Users can now update existing CSV import templates without uploading a new CSV file. This reduces redundancy and saves time when making minor adjustments, especially helpful for operations managing multiple custom import configurations.
  • Batch Picklist Printing: Batches now support the option to include a 4" x 6" picklist alongside your labels. This makes it easier for warehouse teams to identify items during fulfillment and reduces picking errors during high-volume processing.
  • Bulk Order Assignment to Batches: Perform bulk updates in the Batches tab on the Web App  when assigning orders. This allows users to group and process orders at scale, faster.

Carrier Updates

  • APC:  The item description field is now automatically truncated to 50 characters to prevent errors during rating and shipping.
  • CIRRO: Estimated delivery days are now included in rate responses. Additionally, packaging weight is now  auto-applied for services with preconfigured custom packaging.
  • DHL eCommerce: Support added for polybag and tube packaging types.
  • FedEx: Alternate Importer of Record or Sold-To address supported for international shipments. Additional support added for Saturday Delivery and Electronic Trade Documents (ETD).
