Smarter Searches, FedEx REST, and More Powerful Profile Tools

With the release of v10.4.0.0, ShipWise continues to push forward on platform intelligence and operational control. This update includes new carrier capabilities, UI improvements, and better order search functionality — all based on feedback from our growing community of logistics professionals.

Key Highlights

• Order Grid Quick Search Improvements: We’ve made two important enhancements to streamline how users search and filter orders.
  
  • ‍New Searchable Fields: You can now search the Order Grid by Profile and Channel — making it easier to locate orders by client, brand, or integration source.
  • ‍Dual Search Capability: A second quick filter dropdown has been added to the Order Grid, allowing users to combine two different filters (e.g., Profile + Order Status) for faster, more precise order lookups.

• Advanced Marketplace Mapping: Greater geographic precision means better automation and fewer errors in service selection. Profile-based mapping now includes: Destination country, State/province, and Postal code
• Multi-Location Hub Code Management: Users can now override the CIRRO hub code at the profile level — enabling the use of a single CIRRO account across multiple locations
  
  

Carrier Updates

• FedEx: Initial release of the FedEx REST API carrier integration to support account onboarding, rating, time in transit, and shipping. (NOTE: existing accounts will continue to be supported using the FedEx web services. Onboarding new accounts will be to the FedEx REST API only)
• USPS: Several enhancements to the USPS API integration including adding support for nonstandard packaging types and migrating to the USPS API cloud
• UPS: Removed the requirement for creating carton(s) when shipping with UPS Worldwide Economy DDU (U60) and Worldwide Economy DDP (U61)

Additional Platform Fixes & Features

We've implemented additional system fixes and performance optimizations to improve speed, reliability, and overall user experience. There’s no action required on your end—these updates will be applied automatically.

• Numerous improvements to batch shipping and printing
• Numerous improvements to the public API including returning the "resolvedShipmentId" field in the POST/api/v1/Ship/RateAndShip response and returning the “dimmedWeight” on the GET /api/v1/Ship/{id]
