This unlocks greater flexibility for fulfillment teams using automation, especially when inventory is short or substitutions are needed.

Carrier Updates

  • Amazon Shipping:  Future date rating and shipping support added, as well as support for polybag custom packing type.
  • Canada Post: Support added for passing a Zonos Account key for shipments to the US.
  • CIRRO:Support has been added for a new carrier service, CIRRO Regional.
  • FedEx: Importer of Record (IOR) address and account details now supported when terms of sale are DDP.
  • OSM: Rating and shipping validations updated for new DPO shipment size restrictions.
  • Passport: Numerous improvements including removing closeout events, adding support for customer tax ID, updates to package minimum weights, and the introduction of new carrier services.

Platform Features & Improvements

  • Shopify Rates at Checkout Enhancements: Additional features and refinements added to Shopify’s live rates. This gives users  greater control and accuracy at checkout, helping display competitive shipping options that increase conversions and reduce cart abandonment.
  • AI-Powered Estimated Delivery Date Bug Fix: Resolved an issue affecting delivery date distribution logic, helping teams make smarter carrier and service selections by comparing real-world performance to carrier promises.
  • CSV Import Tool Fixes: Several bugs have been resolved to improve bulk order imports. This increases reliability and accuracy when uploading large order volumes, particularly for 3PLs and high-SKU operations.
  • Public API  imageSize Field Fix: The imageSize field now accurately reflects the size of custom labels and packslips. This ensures that developers and partners relying on the API can correctly size and render custom shipping documents.
