Smart Paste: Faster Order Creation

The new Smart Paste Address Parser allows users to copy and paste full address details into the order form, and ShipWise automatically parses and fills in the correct fields.

WebApp Improvements: 

• Batch-Level Order Search for Shipper Users: Shipper-level users can now search for orders within batches assigned to them directly in the WebApp.‍
• Live Chat Attachments: Support chat  workflows are now more efficient with the ability to upload attachments directly through the ShipWise chat widget within the WebApp. This allows for sharing documents or screenshots during support conversations, allowing for faster issue resolution with clearer context.

Carrier Enhancements: 

Enhanced UPS Tracking Visibility: Tracking updates for UPS now include support for digital signatures and proof of delivery images. 

Additional Fixes & Features:

• Ability to delete product entries from the Products page
• Option to select an existing account location as the Ship To address during manual order creation

This update is about removing friction at key points in the shipping workflow. From faster data entry to clearer tracking and improved support communication, each enhancement helps teams move faster with more confidence.
